Sinbad is a consumption intelligence and consumer protection infrastructure platform designed to support post-sale product visibility across modern product ecosystems.
The platform allows users to:
• Scan product QR identifiers
• Record post-purchase product usage observations
• Contribute voluntary usage information
• View aggregated insights derived from community participation.
By accessing or using the Sinbad platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the platform.
2. Platform Purpose
Sinbad is designed to support:
• Product identifier recognition
• Post-sale product visibility
• Consumption intelligence insights
• Consumer protection awareness.
Where product identifier data is available, the platform may display signals related to identifier recognition or identifier record presence.
These signals are informational in nature and do not constitute a guarantee of product authenticity.
Sinbad does not manufacture, distribute, or sell products.
Sinbad is not an e-commerce platform and does not facilitate product transactions.
3. Nature of Platform Insights
Information presented within Sinbad is derived from:
• Voluntary user participation
• Aggregated usage data
• Statistical analysis of anonymized datasets.
Insights are provided for informational and transparency purposes only.
They should not be interpreted as definitive product performance claims, product safety assurances, or guarantees.
Sinbad does not evaluate, certify, or guarantee the safety, quality, authenticity, regulatory compliance, or performance of any product referenced within the platform.
Information presented in the platform should not be interpreted as confirmation of product safety, authenticity, or regulatory approval.
4. Platform Independence
Sinbad operates as an independent and neutral data infrastructure platform.
The presence of a product identifier or product record within the platform does not imply:
• Endorsement
• Certification
• Quality evaluation
• Regulatory approval.
Sinbad does not represent manufacturers, distributors, retailers, or brands.
5. No Medical or Professional Advice
Sinbad does not provide:
• Medical advice
• Nutritional guidance
• Professional recommendations.
Any information shown in the platform is not a substitute for professional advice.
Users should consult qualified professionals when making health, nutrition, or medical decisions.
6. User Eligibility
Users must be at least 13 years old to use the platform.
By using Sinbad, users confirm that they meet applicable age requirements under local law.
Where local regulations require parental supervision, parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising minors.

Sinbad does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-reported information.
9. Aggregated Insights
User contributions may be combined with other submissions to generate aggregated statistical insights.
These insights may include, for example:

• Consumption behavior
• Refill patterns
• Geographic usage patterns
• General usage trends.
Aggregated insights are generated using statistical methods applied to anonymized datasets.
Aggregated datasets do not identify individual users.
Aggregated insights may also be used for:
• Research
• Statistical reporting
• Ecosystem transparency initiatives
• Consumption intelligence analytics.
Sinbad may generate aggregated datasets and analytical insights derived from platform activity, including product scans, voluntary user participation, and anonymized observation data.
Before inclusion in aggregated datasets, information is processed using anonymization or de-identification techniques designed to prevent the identification of individual users.
Aggregated datasets and analytical outputs constitute proprietary analytical outputs of the Sinbad platform.
10. Sampling Limitations
Insights presented within Sinbad are derived from voluntary participation.
As a result:
• Sample sizes may vary
• Geographic representation may be uneven
• Participation rates may fluctuate over time.
Therefore, platform insights may not represent the full population of product users.
11. Algorithms and Data Interpretation
Sinbad may use statistical models, algorithms, or automated data processing systems to generate insights.
These systems analyze aggregated datasets to produce general patterns or trends.
Algorithmic insights may evolve as:
• Additional data becomes available
• Models are improved
• Datasets expand.
Sinbad does not guarantee that algorithm-generated insights are free from statistical bias, sampling limitations, or model interpretation constraints.
Sinbad may develop statistical models, analytical systems, artificial intelligence tools, or machine learning technologies designed to analyze patterns within aggregated datasets generated through operation of the platform.
These systems may be used to identify consumption trends, improve platform services, and generate analytical insights related to product usage and consumer behavior.
Model development relies on aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified datasets designed to prevent the identification of individual users.
Any analytical models or machine learning systems developed by Sinbad constitute proprietary intellectual property of the platform.
12. Data Contribution License
By submitting information to Sinbad, users grant Sinbad a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process submitted information for the purpose of:
• Operating the platform
• Generating aggregated insights
• Conducting statistical analysis
• Supporting consumption intelligence analytics
• Research and ecosystem transparency initiatives.
User submissions are used only within aggregated datasets that do not identify individuals.
Users retain ownership of the original content they submit, subject to the license granted to Sinbad under these Terms.
Aggregated datasets generated through the platform may also be used for statistical research, academic collaborations, industry analysis, ecosystem transparency initiatives, or consumption intelligence reporting.
All research activities rely exclusively on aggregated and anonymized datasets that do not identify individual users.
13. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
• Submit false or intentionally misleading data
• Attempt to manipulate aggregated insights
• Use automated systems to generate artificial submissions
• Misuse the platform for advertising or commercial promotion
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access platform infrastructure
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract platform data
• Interfere with platform operations.
Sinbad may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these rules.
14. Platform Availability
Sinbad may:
• Modify platform features
• Update functionality
• Suspend or discontinue services.
We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability of the platform.
15. Intellectual Property
All platform software, analytics systems, data models, interfaces, and visualizations are the intellectual property of Sinbad.
Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit platform materials without prior written permission.
User submissions remain the property of the respective users.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sinbad shall not be liable for:
• Inaccuracies in user-submitted information
• Statistical interpretation of aggregated data
• Decisions made based on platform insights
• Product quality, safety, or performance
• Outcomes related to product usage.
All insights are provided for informational purposes only.
16A. Recall Communication Disclaimer
Sinbad may provide infrastructure tools designed to support product recall readiness and recall communication capabilities.
However, Sinbad is not the official issuer of product recall notices and does not act as a regulatory authority.
Official recall announcements remain the responsibility of product manufacturers, distributors, importers, or competent regulatory authorities.
Sinbad does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of recall-related information that may appear on the platform.
16B. No Warranty
The Sinbad platform and all associated services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sinbad makes no warranties or representations, whether express or implied, regarding:
• The accuracy of platform insights
• The completeness of datasets
• The reliability of user submissions
• The suitability of platform information for decision-making.
Users use the platform at their own discretion and risk.
17. Privacy
Use of the platform is also governed by the Sinbad Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, processed, and protected.
18. Account Termination
Sinbad may suspend or terminate user accounts that:
• Violate these Terms
• Misuse the platform
• Attempt to manipulate platform data
• Compromise platform integrity.
Users may delete their accounts at any time through available account management tools.
19. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of another jurisdiction apply.
20. Updates to Terms
Sinbad may update these Terms periodically.
When updates occur:
• The updated version will be published on the platform
• The updated date will be indicated at the top of the document.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
